Thank you so much for doing our cake for our wedding! It was beautiful and everything we wanted. You did an amazing job and we can't thank you enough. We couldn't have asked for more, and it tasted as great as it looked. Everyone loved it. Gabrielle Chocolates was an excellent bakery to work with. I changed my mind quite a few times as well as the wedding date and Gabrielle was very understanding and worked with me the entire time. We ended up changing our mind a couple weeks before the wedding to cupcakes and a mini cake instead of a tiered cake. Without any pictures Gabrielle delivered exactly what I described on the phone. On top of that I had candies made elsewhere to top the cupcakes and my mom was planning on putting them on. When the cupcakes and cake showed up Gabrielle set up everything even the cake topper and put the candies on for us. We had so many complements on the look and the taste. The red velvet is excellent. Thank you so much!

I just wanted to thank you and tell you what an amazing job you did on our cake & favors for the wedding. WOW! The cake was delicious and people were absolutely raving about it. The favors were the hit of the party. We had 20 more favors than guests and they were gone at the end of the night. Luckily I was able to taste them… and I can’t blame people for stealing more than one! You all did a remarkable job… it was the wedding cake of our dreams. Thank you for making an important day even more special than we ever imagined!

Gabrielle Chocolates was so easy to work with and produced a beautiful cake even better than the picture I gave them. Not only was my wedding cake beautiful but it was delicious as well! Gabrielle always went out of her way for us. I got so many compliments on the cake. I can't wait until our first anniversary to eat the top of the cake! My husband isn't really a sweets eater and he even loved it! I would recommend Gabrielle Chocolates to anyone looking for a cake for any reason!
