"Shocked......"

The negative review just seen was a surprising shock to us, since nothing posted was in fact true. For some reason this person seems to have a vendetta against us or seems to be using her postings as a form of blackmail Going to a wedding in jeans? Never. Using two professional photographers? Always. Samples of her pictures can be seen on our website: Frankly Fotography, the preview password is TERAH. She not only received what was stated in her contract, but also another complete set of picture. Bridezilla.

"Beware / Bait & Switch"

Frankly Fotography as far as I am concerned performed a bait and switch scam on me. I hired Frank to shoot my wedding photos. We saw amazing pictures (taken by Frank) when we went in for our first meeting. Fast forward to the day of my wedding when to my dismay his wife and some stranger that I have never met showed up to take my pictures. Both dressed in jeans. I was having a formal evening wedding at a country club. I was told casually by Franks wife "oh Frank had an emergency and had to go take pictures for his sister so he couldnt make it". I paid FRANK to take my wedding photos and he has the nerve to take my money and send some stranger in his place. Not to mention no one even gave me notice of this. I had never seen this mans work. My family's photos honestly turned out better than theirs. They did not even take pictures of my extended family. We were married in the most beautiful club in Ohio and they took pictures of us in the grass and in the parking lot. They did not bother to even look at the location before shooting our wedding. I have very few quality shots. I have been married for a year now and cannot bring myself to compile my wedding album. It is just too upsetting. I also noticed they recently moved this business from Dayton,OH to Knoxville,TN. I would like to prevent others from making the same mistake that I did.
