After reading all the good reviews about this salon I decided to give them a try. I was very pleased and will be comming back again. I have really enjoyed the relaxing, friendly, attentive atmosfere and my hair turned out great. Not to mention my blowdry lasted me couple of days. I would recomend it to anyone. I notices they are just as good at mens hair aswell. Definatly one of my favorite places for personal services.

I went in with waist length hair to their Ray Road location, and called in advance and even sent an email stating I did not want to end up with bra level hair. The girl who answered the phone told me there was no way their hair dressers would ever do such a thing without asking. First came the color, I told the girl to match my roots to ends a brown 4 to 6 color. Her first try at the color was much to light so she had to do it AGAIN. Three and a half hours later my hair is near a black color :( no way to fix that. Then comes the worst part, she cut TWELVE inches off my hair. My hair is not even bra level, but shoulder length now. I was in shock so I tipped (yes, I have class, and what was I going to do? My hair was already gone!) and left to go home to cry for days!!! It will take years to grow my hair back. I have sent an email, and called and left a message, but of course have not heard back from them. What could they really do? My hair is ruined. Buyer beware.
