The name "First Blush" came about because it expressed different aspects of their photography they hope to capture, the first blush of a new life, the first blush of love, etc. Also, it holds the meaning of sunrise, one of the "golden" times of the day to capture ideal light for photographs.



Though they work on many projects separately, for weddings, they travel to collaborate to give the bride and groom full coverage of the day.



Their style is photojournalistic and modern, combining candid with a fun and graphic art style of portraiture.
