Wrote an email explaining a situation in which we were no longer comfortable with a company we had been using and asked if they had a similar package. Was e-mailed back that even their cheapest package was much more than we had been quoted by the other company. Was then lectured that "sometimes when things looked too good to be true, they often are." I responded, thanking them for their reply and letting them know that I had already found another company who was willing to match the package and price. They felt the need to responed to me again that they have enough business that they don't need to do 30 minute packages for $75. Before you even write for an estimate, please make sure your party is worthy of them coming... some people just don't need the business.
