My original servers dropped out at the last minute and I called Nancy with less than two weeks notice... She was able to come, make an assessment of what I needed and provided two wonderful ladies to pull off the wedding without a hitch. We had over 140 guests ~ I prepared all the food ahead but they heated it up, displayed it beautifully, kept the trays and chafing dishes full at all times, also set up the cupcake display effortlessly. And the best part - they cleaned up everything! My kitchen looked amazing!!!! Thank you, thank you for the most relaxing party I've thrown in a long time!!! I will definitely be using Extra Hands Catering in the near future!!!
