I recently planned and coordinated an event at Epiphany Celebrations back in August of 2010 and was very pleased with everything! I love the fact that the linens and table/chair rentals are all included in the venue rental fee! No hidden costs! The blank canvis enables endless decor possibilities for any event! This is a really nice space for intimate gatherings!

I hosted my baby shower here and I was excited to find the location due to the cost, ability to bring in my own caterer, and also alcohol if i chose all at no additional cost. My first visit went well liked the space and signed up was told I would be emailed a calendar to schedule 2 additional visits before my date never received an email took it upon myself to text the mystery lady (never got her name) that had been texting me about my event to ask and she told me they no longer do that but no one told me that. So my event was close so I only got one additional visit. Also the day BEFORE my event I received a text (never a call) from someone telling me that my order came in for the table sashes i paid extra money for but they were not the colors i requested I ordered pink and purple they were all purple. Advised not what I ordered and she said should would go to Anna's Linens to get the fabric and have them cut them out. This was fine with me but once I got to my event which was after it already started I saw these pieces of satin cloth draped around the table that were so poorly cut it looked like my 5 year did it with safety scissors it was a HOT MESS and they should have been ashamed of themselves for giving me that they could have used ALL PURPLE cause it was so tacky. Other than that I would suggest the location but suggest YOU stay on top of everything.
