    I found this store to be very helpful. My experience there was great. I bought a beautiful engagement ring. They brought several diamonds in for me to choose from and helped me through the selection process. I feel that they went above and beyond to help me throughout. I recommend them highly.

    My Gorgeous Verragio Engagement Ring!

    I started following Verragio on Facebook several months ago. I was so excited when my boyfriend told me to start looking at engagement ring styles. I saw that the Emerald Lady had Verragio. I called to find out if they had the styles I liked. They had one, but not the other. They actually arranged to have Verragio send the other style for me to look at! My boyfriend and I looked together. They told us not to feel pressured because they would not try to sell us a ring that day. That made us both feel so comfortable. Then my boyfriend sneaked back without me and ordered my beautiful ring! Emerald Lady was so helpful through the whole process. My ring is perfect! Thank you Verragio and Emerald Lady!

    My fiancé purchase my Verragio engagement ring from this business this past summer. The owner was incapable of resizing me correctly. Now, we have to pay Verragio AGAIN to have them fix my ring. I would say they're definitely lacking on customer service, Emerald Lady that is.


    Vendor response: The review by Megan was meant to hurt our business, not provide information. The customer provided us with the wrong size on his INTERNET order, a size 7 1/2. Since we had never met either of them, we could not know if the size was correct. The customer came to our store after receiving her ring that was ordered online to the wrong size and her finger measured a size 5 1/2. They were in our store for a mere 10 minutes. Unfortunately the ring had to be recast to that size because the designer can only size up or down 1 size, but this was not our fault. After Verragio re-made the ring to a size 5 1/2, Megan's fiance wrote this to us in October 2012. "Received the ring; looks and fits great! Thanks! " We heard nothing further until an email was received this week, (6 months later after Zach confirmed that the ring fit great) that the ring is tight on her finger. This customer didn't contact us until now (6 months later) because, in her words on another review site " I was so frustrated, I decided to just deal with it until we ordered wedding bands through someone else because I didn't want her to touch my ring again." But, the email from the customer was seeking reimbursement of the $500 recasting fee because they thought it would have been avoided if the ring was sized to a 6, thereby providing an opportunity to shift responsibility of their unfortuanate sizing error to us and a potential refund of the fee. After bringing the $500 question to the customer's attention, she writes "I have zero intentions on removing my review. My initial experience with you was a nightmare. That is not a lie. I did not have a good experience with your business. I had a gut feeling from the second we left there that this ring was not going to fit right. And it's upsetting that I have to go through this. I did not contact you initially after we got the ring back because quite frankly I did not want you anywhere near my ring again. We gave you a chance to fix the situation, and address the $500 we paid to have it incorrectly sized (I am aware that we would have had to pay it regardless) I would like to feel bad for you, but unfortunately I do not. I've seen worse reviews on Angie's List. I hope you can take a lesson from this."
