I wish I had checked these two other reviews before going with this company. They had the perfect invitation with the New York Skyline on it, so I jumped at the ordering process. Since I was only doing internet searches and hadn't gone to local printers, the two month waiting period didn't really phase me (although, it did seem like a long time, but I thought it was normal for wedding invitations). They were really quick to send a demo and were quick to respond with multiple proofs before ordering. After ordering, and paying in full through PayPal, I didn't hear anything. When it came close to the time they were due to be ready, I sent an email asking a few questions and didn't get any response. I only heard from them through email after I ended up sending a semi-bridezilla email. They appologized and said this was their busiest summer season ever. They would have them ready to be shipped in a few days and would email a tracking number. That day was almost three weeks ago. I know now that they were waiting for the 45 days to go by in order for me to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Since it has been 60 days, PayPal won't do anything. Lovely! Absolutely do not go with this company no matter how wonderful you think the design will be...you won't get it...and may not see your money back.

I was so excited to see the nice unique designs of this company so ordered despite reading some negative reviews. However, I have seriously regretted this decision after not receiving the invites as promised. My phone calls were never answered. Emails were answered weeks afterwards or not at all. I NEVER received the invitations, and NEVER received my money back. This was a horrible experience for any bride to endure. Order elsewhere!

The site has no doubt, beautiful and unique designs ... I actually thought "wow, wish I'd found them sooner" because they carry a design I had been looking for for months for my wedding ... anyway, I found the site after my wedding and ordered two boxes of Thank You cards - JULY 23... no special printing, just two different colors per box. It is now September 20 and I have still not recieved them. I have placed many calls and have been in touch via e-mail (about a month ago) with someone who promised a specific date for delivery (also a month ago) ... and now I have simply heard and recieved nothing. They've had my money since the order was placed ... were very efficient in taking payment. I'll keep you posted ...
