Very BAD business ethics!!!!! She told me she could make a 5 layer cake and it was leaning since she dropped it off. Within 30 minutes the cake was falling over over and had to be taken apart. The cake was supposed to be a big focal point in the room and we spent a lot of extra money to make it grand. She refused to take any blame and offered up a pathetic refund which I never got!!!! When i contacted her regarding it she said that I never responded and it was too late the offer was off the table. I wish I would have hired my wedding planner sooner and used one of her recommendations!!!!!
