I have been a Cake Designer and Artist for more than 15 years. I completed my 1st Wilton Class in 1988 and have since gone on to not only complete all of the Wilton Classes, but have studied additionally with Julie Bayshore , Keith Ryder, and several other noted Cake Designers.

In addition, I have owned and operated Elaine’s Cheesecake Plus for over 10 years designing Custom Cakes for Special Occasions., and sold Cheesecakes to The Latham Hotel in Philadelphia, The Buck Hotel, and several Restaurants in the local area.
