I just had my wedding at Eden Regal Ballroom and Catering and I simply cannot express how truly sensational my experience was. Wedding planning was getting very stressful, but thanks to the amazing team at Eden Regal Ballroom and Catering, I had nothing to worry about. Before the big day, I worked directly with the catering manager, Ravit Erez. From start to finish, Ravit always greeted me with a warm smile as she guided me through the entire process. By the day of the actual wedding, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Not only was the service fantastic, but the guests couldn't stop talking about the delicious food! I am so pleased with my experience that I can't stop recommending Eden Regal Ballroom and Catering. They truly are the best!

We were married Dec 19, 2010 and had the great privilege to have Eden Catering Cater our event. Ravit was so wonderful in making me feel at ease before and during our day. The linens were perfect, I wanted a chocolate and persimmon decor and they had the perfect linen, and most of all had the beautiful Chivari chairs for a good price. They set everything up beautifully, it all looked great. We are grateful for all that they did to make our wedding so perfect...and delicious!!!

We were honored to have Eden Catering cater our event. The food was beyond delicious! We are still getting rave reviews from our guests, saying it was the best food they have ever had, not only at a Wedding, but food in general! They served everything with elegance and complete professionalism. Everything from the appetizer tables, the bar set ups, the buffet all looked so amazing. We highly recommend Eden Catering to anyone looking for tasty, amazingly delicious food, complete professionalism and kindness. The whole staff was so exceptionally trained and skilled. We just can't say enough good things about this company…

I had the pleasure of working with Ravit Erez, the catering director and I must say that she is a professional, bar-none. She worked with us to plan my wedding reception that matched what we wanted and that was within our budget. She was sincere and straightforward with costs which I appreciated. She is very creative and offers great ideas of how to incorporate the food service and plating into the event theme. She knows her craft, has great connections in the event world, and knows how to cater to high end crowds. The food is spectacular, this goes without saying. I would definitely recommend Eden Catering to anyone bent on making sure the food service aspect of their event is as flawless as possible.

My wedding reception was held in the Eden Regal Ballroom at Temple Sinai and it couldn't have been more beautiful, convenient, and a more memorable experience for everyone. The wait staff were very attentive and the room was set up on time, and exactly how we had planned it. The food was delicious- including the house made chocolate soufflé which many people commented, "this is much better than wedding cake!" I would highly recommend Eden Catering for any special celebration or reception. From start to finish- the customer service was superior, the catering service and location were convenient, and the food was very delicious. The whole shebang was actually affordable too. Our expectations were definitely exceeded!

Ravit at Eden Catering was wonderful to work with for my wedding in Eden Ballroom & Catering, FL! She was always quick to respond to my questions and I always felt I was her most important bride. The food at the wedding was incredible and the Brazilian Station was quite the crowd pleaser! The presentation of the food was great too, definitely unique from other caterers. I would highly recommend using Eden Catering for a wedding or any other event!

Eden Caterer provided my entire Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious ; from the turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, salad and pumpkin pie, every bite was scrumptious!!! I will definitely use Eden Caterers for future events!!
