We used them for out wedding 9/12/2009. It is now 11/05/2010 and we still do not have the photo album that we paid extra for. It took them 3 months to get us our engagement pictures to us. We had to use the thumbnails from their site to put them in the slide show. They told us we would have them within 2 weeks of them being taken. The biggest problem with our album being so late, we keep asking them where they are and they do not answer calls/emails. DON’T PAY FOR ANYTHING UP FRONT! Brianna took our photos she is really nice and takes great photos. To bad we will probably never seem them in an album. Charles WE WANT OUR ALBUM!!!
