We used Dreams and Destinations Travel for a recent trip. We used Melinda (the owner/operator) because we were attending a wedding and the couple picked her. To be blunt - she was awful. She was unresponsive to emails, didn't help us with plans (we had to arrange our own air and travel around the island), and treated us as a nuisance. No one in the wedding seemed to have better luck with her, though they at least got some excuses why she wouldn't respond (we didn't even get that much). Another couple almost lost their hotel reservation (and deposit) because Melinda hadn't made flight plans for them either. It got to the point we had to CC the bride/groom on emails to her if we wanted any kind of a response (generally only answering one of several questions). If you know exactly where you want to go and what to do and how to get there, and only want someone to give you a good rate at a Sandals, Melinda should be fine. If you want anything beyond that I would look elsewhere.
