Run like He**. Worst experience I have ever had with a travel agent. Terrible communication, treats travelers like crap, caused several people in group to cancel from the way he spoke to them, doesnt answer emails or calls, tries to rip off customers of deposits even if they cancel in the allotted time frame allowed, just plain rude and discourteous. Tried to rip off a friend on a previous trip also but I did not find this out until I was already locked in with this agent.
