My name is Kimberly Kelly, I am a graduate student at Liberty University working on completing my Masters of Professional Counseling. A Marriage Commissioner is someone who is not a minister, however, I have no problem doing a ceremony with prayer and a Christian tone. I am a Christian just not a Minister. I am also available for quick Elopement Ceremonies as well. The choice is yours. I do like to meet with my couples if the time is allowed to talk about the important aspects of marriage and make sure that the couple is fully aware of what they are committing too!
