DJ arrived for our event nearly an hour late which caused us to miss an important part of the event. Although I did tip the driver as it was not his fault, Scott did not credit me back even a portion of the amount requested. I have written him several times. The company was well aware of the importance of arriving on time for this event. My guests were left in the cold and wind while waiting to be picked up.
