We contacted Details by Kimberly to plan our event about 2 weeks before. We live out of state and were having a hard time planning a party for my brother. From the first contact, they were very professional, offered great advice and pulled through in a huge way for us. If we ever have to plan anything in the Pittsburgh area, we will definitely contact them again!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is very good at what they do. I gave them a basic idea and let them do the rest. I did a 25th Anniversary for my parents with 150 guests. I gave Kimberly and staff 2 months to plan. Each time I started to get nervous about how things were going I would get an update, either a call or email or text letting me know the plan. Felt good about someone having my back getting things done....wish they could Christmas shop for me. I recommend them in a second. Thanks again.

We had a limited budget and did not know where to start. We found Details by Kimberly at pittsburghpartyplanners and tried their website. No info on site about prices but when we spoke we understood that they price stuff differently its all based on how much we needed them. We asked for quite a few things and thought for what we got they were a great deal. Were not intrusive but kept open communication so we knew what was going on with the plans. Hope you have an email, we thought this was a good way to go back and forth. Nothing bad to say and we will use again.

They were able to bring our party to life. Unreal the way they take care of every little thing just like they claim. After it was all over we discussed future plans for some help. Kimberly is very creative and the staff was helpful and fun. No complaints but wished we had called earlier to eliminate the headaches of trying to do it ourselves. Yikes!!
