Unprofessional. Answers phone with "hello". Got easily understood and verbal order incorrect, overcharged me by 24.00. Owner said he would refund my money, didn't get any reimbursement for 4 weeks, would not answer any emails. Finally called Doe and she said there was a 'paypal problem' and I could easily have my bank do a 'charge off'. I had to file a dispute, taking my own time, while their customer service skills suck. Now the bank has to get the money out of their hide. Good luck. Dishonesty is disguised by 'paypal problem'. Dissapointing to say the least and I will tell everyone in town not to use Designs by Doe.
