"Horrible communication"

All I have to say is WOW. This is a example of gis horrible communication, Here is my emial to him: Hello! I hope you are having a great weekend! My mom has requested that I get a contract from you simply stating what we are paying for and what services will be provided. She would like reassurance that we would get our money back if you were unable to show. Is that possible? I know you stated you don't usually do contracts, but she would greatly appreciate it. Also I would like to take the sand ceremony off of my price. I still want to have it , but my mom already purchased them. I know you said the sand ceremony was about $60 , so would my total with (rehearsal, ceremony, and speaker) be $470? I will be paying the deposit tomorrow through paypal. Thank You!!! *****************Now here is his rude response: Kelli, we need to take a time out here. I am feeling a little manipulated. We already went through the Sand Illustration decision and you decided to use mine. > In response to your earlier request, I offered a $30 difference (380 down to 350) if your were to bring your own Sand Illustration, NOT $60. > The ceremony will have to be PROMPT at 5:30 pm because I will most likely have another ceremony to be on time for after yours. After all, it's only good manners and respect that we all be on time. > There are times you need to trust someone in this life, and this is one of them. I will do a contract, However, should some act of God or natural disaster prevent me from being able to fulfill my end of our agreement, (which has never happened to me before and there have been a lot where I travelled 8 hours to get there), I will provide an officiant in my place. I am responsible, accountable, and professional. I have numerous minister friends who would help in the case of an emergency. All payments are non refundable. Here IS my final offer . . . . and it will look familiar because I'm sticking with my original quote to you, except now I will not break any of these items in the quote/description apart. It's all or none. You see, 5 - 12 - 12 is a very popular day and I will have no trouble serving 3 or more couples without going through nearly as much back and forth discussion as I have done with you. I will expect everyone to be on time as well. You see, I have had to wait on others many times, even been stood up a time or two, which is the reason for a deposit in the first place. In addition, if the ceremony begins 10 minutes late there will be an additional $50, using Verizon as the time keeper. I do not mean any of this to be taken the wrong way. It is not personal, just business. all payments are non refundable. ****Now after you read that, you realize I never said anything about ME not being on time, but HIM!!! And isn't it his job to reassure me and answer all my questions if I am choosing him??? and yes he originally told me $60 fro the sand ceremony, which was way to much anyway.
