We used Creative Video Imagery for our wedding videographer. I could not have been more unhappy with the services and finished product. We live out of town and were told that our video had been mailed. After months of not receiving the video and being told numerous times that it was sent, Mike finally said "I sent the video over night last night and you should see it soon". It was very obvious that the first three times Mike said the video had been sent was a lie. Once I finally received the finished product, I was disappointed. You can actually hear the videographer talking and coughing through out the video. I had asked that graphics not be used in our video and when I received the finished product, it contained the cheesy graphics I specifically said I did not want. My video did not look anything like those on the website. Additionally, my sister decided not to keep Creative Video Imagery for her wedding after seeing my video and Mike will not refund her $100 deposit. Save yourself from the stress and disappointment and do not do business with Creative Video Imagery.
