"Awful service"

My husband and I contacted Craig at the beginning of December to do a photo session for family members and their beloved dog as a Christmas present. Two days later, he sent back a very thorough e-mail asking all sorts of questions. This e-mail not only included acknowledging the fact this may be a Christmas gift but also inquired such detailed questions as to where we believed the picture would ultimately be hung. (This seemed irrelevant but I answered figuring I'm not artsy and it would help his process.) He ended his e-mail by telling me I would not be disappointed. I answered his e-mail the same day he responded to my inquiry. It is a month and a half later and he still has never bothered to write me back. If my business was not the type he was interested in, a courtesy e-mail would have been professional. However, he advertised pet photography, which was what we wanted, and then rudely never responded. I would HIGHLY not recommend this photographer because he was extremely unreliable. We waited a while for a response, he never responded despite a follow-up e-mail from me 5 days later and we ended up having to seek last-minute services elsewhere. To date, approximately 50 days later, he still has not bothered to apologize for his grossly unprofessional mannerism.
