You must be very careful when ordering on line for this florist. I looked on FTD site of one florist and it takes you to this florists site. The price quoted on FTD (and the other florsit site)for 'shown' is over $13. less than what this florist charged me. I thought I was getting the deluxe arrangement due to the price which is what i wanted. Very unhappy with the arrangement for the cost plus all the 'extra' charges. Will never order from them again.
