Coquette Patisserie, a Cleveland Heights-based bakery, specializes in traditional French pastries: mousse cakes, tarts, macarons, cakes, opera bars, etc. Proprietor and Executive Pastry Chef Britt-Marie Horrocks Culey opened Coquette Patisserie in 2005 after studying under some of the best pastry chefs in Portland, Oregon; Avignon, France; and New York City. She moved her business from Connecticut to Cleveland in 2008 and now provides high-end pastries to all of Northeast Ohio.
