We used Erika at Confections inCake for my daughter's wedding. Before finding Erika, we sampled 9 bakeries' cupcakes. She is wonderful to work with, patient with our changes and promptly returned calls, emails (a must when planning a wedding). Erika is very talented when it comes to sculpted cakes and has a wide range of desserts to offer. She sells out of Pure Bliss yogurt in Arlington, TX from Thursdays thru Sunday which gives you a chance to sample her cupcakes before contacting her but check out her creations on her website!
