Sorry I talked your head off when you delivered and kept you out in the heat. Both of my kids loved you and loved their waterslide. Hope you enjoyed the plate of food we sent you home with. You guys are great. Will be calling you again this fall.

I decided to rent the hot shot for my son's birthday/fouth of July! The lady whatever her name was called 2 days ahead and evne set up deelivery times she even asked if she could come get it earlier than what I asked. I told her it was cool becase by that time my child would have been played out! The day of the party no one showed up I called and called no answers to the lady who was suppose to deliver or the main office! I even sent emails for which I have yet to get a response! All I asked was why not warn me ahead of time and I could have took my business elsewhere! THUMBS DOWN!! Would have ruined my sons party I went out and bought a pool instead!

Vendor response: I am so sorry to hear this. July 4th is one of the hardest holidays for us but we usually do a very good job to assure this doesnt happen. Apparently we didnt do so well this year. This is the first I have heard of this. Don't recall any emails from you either, but certainly doesn't excuse the fact that we simply screwed up. Really glad you were able to go with a plan B. I sincerely apologize and ask that you please understand that there was nothing malicious on our part whatsoever.

My son had birthday party on June 16th. He and his friends had a blast and the service was very becoming and very nice. I enjoyed having godly conversation with the young lady that provided us with the bouncy house. Thanks again!!!!

Wow, was it hot. Having the water slide at the event made all the difference. Kids had a great time. Very cool product and thanks for cutting us a deal for the extra day.

Vendor response: No kidding, it was too hot. I wanted to jump on the slide myself. You guys were great!!

We booked a huge waterslide for my sons birthday party and was told the day of that we could not have the waterslide. Very upset and had all of these family, friends, out of towners, and school friends coming to my house at 11am. I didnt know what in the world to do. My son knew about this and was very devastated about what was not going to happen. We were so hurt over this. I could go on and on about this service that we did not receive and that we were supposed to get, but it is over with now. But it is something I will never forget. I do not recommend this company at all to anyone.

Vendor response: I did not notice this until now, but we stopped renting water slides in September. We also don't rent dry slides. Wow, what a fun time the kids had. First time renting inflatables, but we lucked up and had a great referral from some neighbors. Thanks so much City Bounce for helping make our party a hit.

Vendor response: I know you were a little hesitant being as you had never rented an inflatable before. So glad you gave us a shot and that party was such a success. Thanks for the food when we picked up the unit as well.
