"can't get products paid for"

I contacted Christine for boudior photos. We made a date and her policy is that you don't take photos until you've paid for the session thru paypal and she sends you the link. Well, it took many emails on my part to get her to send me the link. I finally got it the Friday before my Saturday appointment. I was afraid I wasn't going to get to keep my appointment because I couldn't pay for the session (because of her delays). The session went good. She made me feel comfortable and I was happy. Then I ordered my photos which took weeks upon weeks of me asking for them and trying to remind her I still wanted my photos and I did finally receive them. Later in December, I decided that I wanted to buy the CD. It took a few weeks before she could send me the paypal link for me to purchase it (I had to email her several times to get the link) but I did finally get the opportunity on Jan 6. It is now Feb 14 and I still don't have my cd. She told me a few weeks ago that she sent it but it must have gotten "lost in the mail". Then she contacted me and told me that I didn't get the CD with my Groupon purchase, to which I explained I didn't buy through Groupon and I bought it out right. Now, I haven't heard from her in 2 weeks and still have no CD to show for it. Very disappointed with her service
