Christian Melgard is a self-schooled photographer, versatile in style with a natural eye for color & composition. His interest in photography began at an early age and is what it is today due to his great appreciation for life as well as a B.F.A. from VCU. He has been interested in photography for most of his life but only became serious five years ago just before the birth of his first child. Obviously his 'style' is still evolving but he is very passionate about capturing images in his own unique way. For a picture is not 'taken' but 'created' in order to steal but a split second in time.
