"Great in the beginning"

We booked Karen to be our on site officiant (not at the manor) and she was wonderful at the beginning. She assisted us with our ceremony & vows, came out to the house and was always quick to respond to questions & such. She was given a script to use the day of the wedding. We THOUGHT everything was crystal clear. However, the day of the wedding... at 5pm when the ceremony was supposed to be starting, we were informed that she was not there. We checked our phones to see if we had any missed calls and nothing. When called to ask where she was we were informed that she had gotten lost (ok, it happens) and that she just simply had failed to keep a record of our phone number, so she was unable to call us. What business professional does not keep track of their clients phone numbers? The way we had everything planned, the wedding NEEDED to start on time, otherwise we would be hard pressed to fit everything in and make it to our flight on time, which... yeh, we barely made... After arriving nearly 20 minutes late, the ceremony began and I realized that she was adding in all kinds of stuff, just randomly. She basically used our 'script' as a basis to wing the ceremony off of. After being pronounced husband & wife, she had been asked to let our guests know to take their chairs to the reception area and to take advantage of the photo booth that had been set up (which was GOING to be everyone's wedding favors..) She did nothing of the sort. She walked immediately to my husband's mother, handed her the marriage license and left. She was also supposed to give his mother our vows, but that didn't happen either and we've yet to hear a response as to what she did with them. When I emailed her to discuss her poor performance I was told I had no compassion for forgiveness and how she hopes I never make an honest mistake. Not an apology, no explanation. Sheer defense. I'm not at ALL happy with the performance of Karen and would never recommend her services.
