I highly recommend this company! I had never used a personal chef and I was looking for a creative way to surprise my significant other. When I called Chef Pratt to explain what I was looking for he told me he could do it all. I was still sceptical. What I liked was that he asked what types of foods we enjoyed and didnt present me with a standard set menu. To top it all he also mentioned that he could coordinate a small jazz band to be included in our evening. I really had never heard of such a thing in Jacksonville. Well the day of, they arrived on time in chef's attire and began to set up. Shortly after a young gentleman came with a guitar. This was not what I was expecting but Chef Pratt told me not to worry. Long story short, the evening was amazing. They came to my home, prepared one of the best meals to date, they were professional, they cleaned and took out the trash when they left and the young man with the guitar was one of the best features! Hands down, I would definitely use them again and I have recommended this service to many of my friends and co-workers.
