I agree with the post before... I just got off the phone with Chef Paulie and he did the same thing, he told me he didn't want to cater my event and hung up on me. I was speaking with him about how many people I am expecting at my wedding... I told him I had 180 on my invite list and that I was not expecting all of them to show up, he said that he has to count on everyone being there when I told him I wanted online 75 counted for the buffet. I attempted to explain to him that around 100 of my quests invited were small children and he cut me off and said he didn't want to do my event. Isn't a caterer supposed to work with the bride to have exactly what is wanted? I thought that was how it worked... but according to Chef Paulie I was wrong!!!! He is extremely unprofessional and as the other woman stated, CHILDISH! I would not recommend him to anyone!
