Chef Henry comes to you with over 30 years international experience in the culinary field. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago in the southern Caribbean, Chef Henry graduated from culinary school in 1970. Having served as Executive Chef in several hotels throughout the Caribbean he has tremendous knowledge of international trends in food. Chef Henry was voted the top Chef in the Caribbean in 1978 and has a flair for working with food and creating new dishes.
