I used Cheesehead Limousine for a surprise birthday party for my husband. I can't tell you how wonderful it was--the limo made the night!! The driver showed up 1/2 hour early and was very professional, but still very personable. The car was clean and beautiful. We had more fun travelling in the limo than we did anywhere else that night! I am very pleased with their service and would recommend to anyone! I am definetly going to use Cheesehead Limo again!

I am from Atlanta and my husband gave me a birthday party in Milwaukee which happens to be my hometown. On April 22nd 2011 he ordered limo service for us and we were suppose to be picked up by 8 pm and ride around town before going to my party. The limo driver was 45 minutes late and by that time we had to go straight to the party which started at 9pm. When got in the limo there were no clean glasses, no ice, it was littered with trash and M & M's, and the driver did not even know the area. The driver had to stop at the gas station to get ice and take out the dirty glasses and replace them with clean ones. We had to ride in a dirty limo which was very upsetting to me. The driver stated that he had just got through riding a bunch of kids around and that's why the limo was so trashed at the time. Who wants to ride in a dirty limo and was charged $500 for six hours that we didn't even get. When the driver picked us back up the limo had been cleaned but by that time we were going back to our hotel. We were still charged the $500 even after my husband spoke with someone at Cheesehead Limo and advised them of how displeased we were with the service. I would never use this limo service and will advise everyone that I know of the bad service we received! It sucked for someone celebrating their 50th Birthday.
