Hi, my name is Clark Chandler and I love to cook and make people happy. I offer an inexpensive yet professional service that can accomodate up to 150 people. I blend Tex-Mex, Cajun, and Southern Style Cooking into my recipes. My background in the food service includes 5 years of restaurant style cooking and 4 years of onsite catering.
