"Complete rip off"

I contacted Chaffee for a fare from General Mitchell Field for a sedan to Lake Forest IL. Although they quote $62.00 per hour on their website with a minimum of 2 hours - they said that they would charge $182.00 to Lake Forest as they had to cross the border. This is a complete rip off - call Northshore Limo in Libertyville, IL they charge $102.00. This is false advertising and taking advantage of the consumer.
