"For your safety, please choose carefully."

I am unhappy to report that the quality of Caz Limo's service is only a glimmer of it's previous reputation. My most recent experience, a weekend trip to New York City, exposed significant quality and safety shortcomings. Briefly, I highly suggest that you consider other means of travel. First, do not be made to believe that their Manhattan Express weekend trips utilize their luxury coach, the one shown and described on their Internet web site. Instead, they use their high capacity, lower quality coach. Most importantly, Caz Limo utilized a coach that was not maintained to a level suitable for out-of-town trips. For the entire trip, a tire pressure safety alarm signaled, every ten seconds, that one of the tires was inflated to an unsafe level. The driver was concerned enough to attempt to correct the improperly inflated tire, but failed to do so. The driver appeared concerned as he mentioned the problem many times, he was apparently not allowed to have the tire professionally serviced. Additionally, the driver apologized for a severely unbalanced front tire/wheel, which shook the coach badly enough to cause the driver significant concern. Caz Limo's disregard for these tire/wheel issues, both of which being easily diagnosed and fixed by a skilled mechanic, may be a glimpse of an underlying disregard for passenger comfort and safety. Further, the driver's usage of a radar/laser detector was a little disconcerting, especially knowing the maintenance issues with the coach. As I am ultimately responsible for the safety of my family and business associates safety, I will no longer use Caz Limo for any of my personal or business transportation needs. I believe that this trip was my warning.
