1. They didn't show up for the 1st visit and had an excuse. 2. Overcharged our credit card for the deposit and made an excuse that the owner was training her husband on the credit card machine. 3. Didn't show 3 times for final walkthrough and details of property, so we never had one. The owner has all kinds of excuses. She never does what she says she will do. 4. Was suppose to serve appetizers starting at 5 p.m. and staff was still making them around 5:45 p.m. The bride and groom showed up around 6:10 and only a few people had appetizers. 5. Didn't serve what was on contract; pasta was stuck together with no flavor and a totally different chicken dish. They wanted to save money so they did it as cheap as possible. 6. Didn't know how to cut the cake and started from the top; now we don't have the top part for our anniversary. 7. The servers were sloppy looking and one girl very rude. 7. Never got final bill and they over charged by almost $400.00. 8. It took them almost 3 weeks for final bill and overcharged for servers, bar-tender hours and a Captain Charge that we never knew about. They like to make up charges to get more money. 9. Also, sent threatening letter.

This lady really knows her stuff! We were afraid we couldn't afford the hors d'oeuvres but she made it work and they were so worth it because we were an hour late due to pictures being taken. Dinner was on time and superb!
