Horrible service as well as very unprofessional. I made an appointment two weeks ago with them, My fiance , mother and I arrived 30 min before my appointment to find there was no one there yet. We waited 45 min outside there gates (witch didn't even work) I called multiple times to get a machine, I email them and I still havent gotten a called or and email to apologize for wasting my time. The outside of the venue (what we could see from the gates) looked horrendous, grass looked like it had been mowed in ages. If I had to give them a rating number I would give them a -10. Note: I wasn't even going to rating on here but they would let me post this if I didn't.

we used Casa Lantana for our son's high school graduation recently,and it was an amazing experience. the property manager as well as her staff made us feel like we're their only customers ! they exceeded our expectations above and beyond. They are very nice and helpful and most importantly detailed oriented which was very clear in the decorations for the party . If you want to feel welcomed and taken care of this is the place to host your special day regardless of the occasion ! highly recommended .

We recently held our daughter's 10th birthday party at Casa Lantana and it was amazing! The owner, Giselle, went above and beyond for us in every possible way. She was gracious, thoughtful, organized, and helped us decide how to best use all she has to offer in the most effective way for our event. When we arrived on the day of the event, the rooms were all arranged as planned, the decorator had worked her magic and everything was unbelievably beautiful, the buffet table was draped and ready for the delivery of our food, the movie room marquee featured our daughter's name, our canopy and refreshment tables were set up outside, and we just had to provide the kids, parents, food and fun. What more could we ask? Our friends were amazed to discover this secret little paradise right in the heart of Brandon. It offers lots of space, both indoors and out, complete privacy, a reasonable price, and extraordinary service. We'll definitely use it as a venue for future events -- maybe even our daughter's wedding someday! And, by the way, if Giselle offers the side services of her event decorator, Lois, don't hesitate to spend the extra money. She's worth every penny -- and then some. We LOVE Casa Lantana!
