When we first met Lou we really liked him. He photographed my best friends wedding, and he had a great personality. We sat down with him and chose his most expensive package which was $1400.00 more than the one my best friend chose. her package came with the pictures being taken and a disk of the picture, mine came with the same, plus 3 parent albums and a coffee table book for us. He did take the pictures and after 5 months we got the picture disk. In 2 weeks it will be our 1 year anniversary. We have never recieved our albums, or a partial refund. 3 months ago he stopped all communication, so he won't even answer us as to why we have not gotten the service we paid for. Beware of this vender, he will be your best friend untill you pay him, and not follow through on the job.
