"DJ was late, did not bring promised playlist "

We booked John Williford for our wedding after he promised we could pick our own playlist, saying "I can get any music you want." We sent him our playlist a month before the wedding, began to worry when we didn't hear back after a few weeks, and began to really really worry when he didn't respond to multiple calls over the course of a week. My husband was freaking out worrying that he was a scam artist and had run away with the money! Five days before the wedding, he was still MIA, and we were frantically trying to find a backup DJ. Finally he called us, at 11pm at night, and said he had "left his phone at home." Against our better instincts, we didn't fire him right then. Mistake. He showed up almost an HOUR late to the wedding, and did not have all of the promised playlist.
