"The Family Repast was there and it was OK"

I attended a family repast on September 4, 2010, and it was okay. The full kitchen worked. The tables and chairs setup were ok. And, plenty of parking. The church family that organized and served the repast also had favorable comments.

In September 2010 we went to this establishment gave them a large some of money as a deposite for our event, since then we have not been able to locate anyone and no longer there.

This is a warning for anyone that goes to this ballroom the co-owner Bart Butler is a scammer and con. He is not a real estate investor nor is he a business man he is scam artist and his partner Rodney Harvey is one as well. Do not do any business with them at all this is not hearsay I am a victim of the both of these scam artist.
