The product was provided as agreed. However, Capital City Tent Rental charged my credit card for the full estimate in April, reception was in June, and mid-October I am still trying to get back the $500 that I was overcharged. It is nearly impossible to get someone to call back, they have promised my refund for three months and I still have nothing. If you choose to use the company, I do not recommend giving them a credit card number. Pay by check!
