This is me, Cake Dot. No, I do not know what a half sheet, quarter sheet or even a whole sheet is because I have never worked in a bakery. I go by the number of servings you need and over the past 10-11 years, this has worked very well for me and my wonderful customers. I am sorry the person who called was so impatient that I could not explain that to her. She said I was indignant in her post when actually, and you can tell by her comment, that it was she who was indignant. She did not let me explain. I do not understand why people have to be so mean and try their best to hurt others as she is trying to do to me. This truly hurts me.
