I walked in and wanted a wedding ring that I saw online he got the ring within 12 hours. NOW that's customer service. He Also gave me a very reasonable price on my old rings. P.S. Another jewelry store in the cities tried to order this ring for me;but it was taking 3 weeks to get. I am so impressed with the service at Buchkosky Jewelers I want to tell everyone I KNOW that they are what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. Thank You Paul your THE BEST.
