We booked a bouncy castle for my daughter's 5th birthday yesterday. It was supposed to be delivered by 10 AM. At 10:30 we called and were only able to leave a message. They never called back! We called again and again, from different phones, until the party was over. Not one call back from them and they still have our $50 deposit! Stay away from this horrible business!
