Once you pay do not plan on hearing from them again. I had a problem with my waterslide the day they delivered it (friday). There was a hole and it kept deflating. I called friday, saturday and sunday several times and left a lot of messages. They never returned my call. I planned on talking to them when they came to pick it up but never got the chance because I was not home (they didnt call to say when they were coming). I came home and realized they went into my privacy fence and took the slide while no one was home. Would not use them again!!! I would rather pay a little more for quality service. Should have looked at BBB review (they are F) before doing business when them.
