Response to Heather's review: When her husband Jeff booked his party he gave me a time from 4 - 6pm and said he would appreciate if we could setup anytime earlier. When we called him a day prior to confirm we said we'll be there around noon and picking up at 6p and he said it would be just fine. As Heater stated we actually arrived earlier (at 11am) and picked it up at 6pm. So, I guess you just can't pleased everybody....yes, we will never book them again.

Their website is very misleading! The rental is supposed to be for "all day" but it was not. They did not arrive at my house until around 11:00 and returned to pick it up 5:45, before my little boy's birthday party was even over! That clearly IS NOT an all day rental! The owner did not seem to be concerned that this had happened and took the bouncy house anyway. We got jipped 2 hrs. and paid for 8, leaving a very sad 3 year old. We will definitely NOT be using this company for any future rentals!
