I am a paying customer who sought the services of Rich Acosta of Bluepoem Studios. Rich was a pleasure to work with leading up the wedding and on the day of. Unfortunately, it was all downhill afterward. It took him 10 months to deliver anything. He was slow in returning calls and e-mails and ignored our written request to view material before producing a final video. Only after I sent him a certified letter alerting him to the fact that we would seek legal action, did he deliver a video. And what he delivered was severly lacking in the kind of detail and attention we saw in the material we previewed before selecting him. There are important people missing and entire sections of video have been deleted. The editing and lighting are poor. As an added insult, my wife's name was misspelled on the video jacket cover. It's 11 months now and he continues to ignore our requests for additional editing. It is with regret that I have to submit such a review. But, if this is his how he operates, it is incumbent upon me to let others know. Thank you.
