Unbelievable, over a year later, we still don't have our wedding photos or album. We received 10 sheets of photos just this past week, horrible quality! We are done trying to be patient with Ruben. This is the worst customer service we've ever received. Such shame we still don't have our pictures. It's not something we can just redo!! We will be taking a different action from now on! Do not waste your money!

Ruben is great!!!!! The professionalism and the love for making the bride happy worked out in my favor. I consider myself to be an easy bride so I let him make most of the decisons about my photos and I absolutely love them.
