I have traveled all over the world, lived in Europe & the Middle East. I became interested in various cuisines & started to experiment with tastes, spices, presentation; my career in food began.
The past 6 years I have catered events from 6 to 400 people.
I enjoy working with everyone.
Recently I have started giving cooking classes throughout the
Hill Country. Watching people discover the world through food has been very exciting. My clients continually challenge me to develop new dishes for their events.
